How long does a standard website take?+
Most standard websites launch within 5–7 working days after complete content is received. Custom booking systems follow a separately agreed schedule.
What content does the client need to provide?+
Clients provide accurate business details, approved copy or source information, photographs, brand assets, policies, and timely consolidated feedback.
Is content writing included?+
Content organisation and practical editing may be included within the agreed scope. Complete professional copywriting is excluded by default and can be quoted separately.
Who owns the domain and hosting?+
The client owns the domain and hosting by default. Madeora can guide or manage setup while keeping ownership and access with the client.
How many revisions are included?+
Standard packages include two consolidated revision rounds. Additional or out-of-scope changes are estimated before work continues.
Do you guarantee bookings or rankings?+
No. Madeora builds credible experiences and sound technical foundations but does not guarantee bookings, rankings, revenue, or business growth.
What happens after launch?+
Standard packages include 30 days of post-launch bug support. Optional maintenance can be scoped separately.
Can Madeora manage setup for a non-technical client?+
Yes. Setup can be guided or coordinated clearly, while the client retains ownership of domains, hosting, and relevant accounts.
Does Madeora work outside tourism?+
Yes. Hospitality and tourism are the primary focus, with selected work for local businesses, startups, SaaS businesses, and international clients.
Does Madeora provide digital marketing?+
The studio provides website, search, analytics, and conversion foundations within scope. Advanced advertising or marketing may be coordinated through carefully selected partners when appropriate.
How do payments work?+
Standard websites use 50% advance and 50% before launch or handover. Larger projects generally use 40%, 30%, and 30% milestones.
What happens if the project is paused or cancelled?+
If a project is cancelled after work begins, completed work, committed time, and non-refundable purchases are deducted. Any remaining advance balance is refunded.
