Privacy notice
Plain-language information about your project enquiry.
This practical notice explains the information Madeora currently receives, why it is used, and the choices available to people who make an enquiry.
01
Information you choose to provide
If you contact Madeora through WhatsApp, you may provide your name, business details, contact information, project requirements, budget range, timeline, and other information you choose to include.
The project enquiry form collects the fields shown on the Contact page. The answers are validated in your browser, checked independently by Madeora’s server, and returned to your browser as a prepared WhatsApp link. The endpoint does not write the answers to a database, send email, or log the message contents.
Please do not submit passwords, payment-card information, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive personal information.
02
Why information is collected
Information is used to understand your enquiry, assess whether Madeora can help, prepare a proposal or next step, communicate about potential or active work, and maintain necessary business records.
Information is not collected to create unrelated profiles or sold as a data product.
03
Communication
Madeora may use the contact details you provide to respond to your enquiry and communicate about the relevant project or service.
No exact response time is promised. If you no longer want project-related communication, you can ask Madeora to stop where there is no overriding need to retain or continue it.
04
Third-party services
The website and communication process may rely on service providers such as hosting infrastructure and WhatsApp. When you choose an external link, that provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
The form does not send answers to a separate form-delivery provider. Information reaches WhatsApp only when you review the prepared message, open WhatsApp, and choose to send it. Additional scheduling or delivery providers will be reflected in this notice if they are actually configured.
05
Analytics
Analytics is currently disabled because no approved analytics identifier is configured. Conversion hooks use event names and page context only; they currently transmit nothing and store nothing. If analytics is enabled later, this notice will be updated to describe the provider and intended measurement.
06
Retention and protection
Answers processed by the website form are not retained by the endpoint. If you send the prepared message through WhatsApp, the resulting conversation may be kept only as long as it remains reasonably useful for communication, delivery, record-keeping, dispute handling, or other legitimate business needs, then deleted or anonymised where practical.
Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
07
Your choices
You can choose how much non-sensitive information to share, decide not to use third-party contact links, and ask Madeora to correct or delete information you previously provided where appropriate.
A request may require enough context to identify the relevant conversation. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.
Privacy questions
The currently verified contact method is WhatsApp. The business email will appear only after the mailbox is confirmed active.
